PRACTICE INFORMATION:
Beginning the week of March 1, there will be no Tuesday and Thursday morning practice at the Shaker Middle School.
The Shaker Middle School will be hosting a basketball tournament on Tuesday, March 2, Wednesday, March 3, and Thursday, March 4; therefore, swimmers will not be permitted in the locker rooms before, during and after practice. If swimmers choose to swim at the Middle School on March 2, March 3, or March 4, they must wear their suit to practice and shower at home after practice. Thank you.
Friday, March 5: We will follow a regular practice schedule; however, since there is no school for grades K – 6 (Professional/Clerical Day) there will be no Woodbury Sharks morning practice. Woodbury Shark swimmers are encouraged to attend one of the evening practices at the Middle School (5:20 – 6:00 p.m. or 6:40 – 7:20 p.m.).
Saturday, March 6: There will be no select youth or preselect youth practice (9:30 – 11:00 a.m.) or youth shark practice (11:00 – 11:40 a.m.) at the Middle School due to the Silver Championship meet.
Beginning Monday, March 15, the 3:45 – 5:15 p.m. practices will no longer be held at the Middle School.
- Eighth grade swimmers should attend the Senior Shark Group practice. These practices are Monday through Friday from 3:45 – 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. at the Woodbury Pool.
- Seventh grade swimmers should ask Brendan which practice they should attend.
Monday, March 15 – Saturday, April 10, select youth practice will be from 5:45 – 7:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Woodbury Pool. Saturday select youth and preselect youth practices will be held from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at the Middle School Pool.
Beginning Monday, April 12, select youth practice will be from 5:45 – 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Woodbury Pool. Saturday select youth and preselect youth practices will be held from 9:15 – 11:00 a.m. at the Middle School Pool.

The Shaker schools have closed due to severe weather so there will be no Shaker Shark practices today, February 26th.

There will be no select youth practice at the Woodbury Pool on Friday, February 5. Select youth swimmers should attend either the 3:45 – 5:15 p.m. or the 6:40 – 7:40 p.m. practice at the Middle School. Preselect, all Sharks, and developing Shark practices will remain the same at the Middle School.

There will be no morning Woodbury practice on the following days; however, there will be P.M. youth shark practices at the Middle School and select youth practice at Woodbury:

Friday, November 13 (conference day; no school)
Monday, November 16 (conference day; no school)
There will be no morning Middle School practice on Tuesday, November 3, but there will be Shaker Middle School practice from 3:15 – 5:15 p.m. (swimmers will need to get their own ride to and from practice).

Thornton Pool will be closed tomorrow morning (Tuesday, July 14); therefore, the following practices will be at the Shaker Middle School: Masters/Sr. Shark practice from 5:45 - 7:45 a.m. and Select youth practice from 7:15 - 8:45 a.m.
There will be no all Sharks/Thornton practices from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. or 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.
There will be all Shark practices from 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. and 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.

For the rest of the summer season, Saturday select youth and pre-select youth practice will be at Thornton from 7:15 - 8:45 a.m.
Wednesday, June 10, will be the last Woodbury morning practice (7:20 - 8:00 a.m.).
Thursday, June 11, there will be no 6:40 - 7:20 p.m. all shark practice or pre-select youth practice from 6:40 - 7:40 p.m. Please attend the earlier all sharks practice from 5:20 - 6:00 p.m. The pre-select youth group should attend the 6:00 - 6:40 p.m. practice.
Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13, there will be no youth shark practices at the Middle School. We will see you at practice on Monday, June 15 at Thornton Pool from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. or 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. OR at the Middle School Pool from 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. or 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.
Friday, June 12, there will be no select youth practice at the Woodbury Pool.
Summer evening practices will be at the Middle School this summer due to repairs at the Woodbury pool.

Friday, May 8: Select Youth practice will be from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at the Woodbury Pool due to a Woodbury Elementary School function. Please pick up your swimmers from the Onaway parking lot on this night.
Monday, May 11: Select Youth practice will be from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at the Woodbury Pool due to the Woodbury Open House.
Friday, May 15: Select Youth practice will be from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at the Woodbury Pool due to a Woodbury Elementary School function. Please pick up your swimmers from the Onaway parking lot on this night.
Saturday, May 16: There will be no senior group, select youth, or pre-select youth practice (9:00 - 10:30 a.m. at Woodbury) due to a staff in-service.
