Practice Information

PRACTICE INFORMATION:

Beginning the week of March 1, there will be no Tuesday and Thursday morning practice at the Shaker Middle School.

 

The Shaker Middle School will be hosting a basketball tournament on Tuesday, March 2, Wednesday, March 3, and Thursday, March 4; therefore, swimmers will not be permitted in the locker rooms before, during and after practice.  If swimmers choose to swim at the Middle School on March 2, March 3, or March 4, they must wear their suit to practice and shower at home after practice.  Thank you.

 

Friday, March 5:  We will follow a regular practice schedule; however, since there is no school for grades K – 6 (Professional/Clerical Day) there will be no Woodbury Sharks morning practice.  Woodbury Shark swimmers are encouraged to attend one of the evening practices at the Middle School (5:20 – 6:00 p.m. or 6:40 – 7:20 p.m.).

 

Saturday, March 6:  There will be no select youth or preselect youth practice (9:30 – 11:00 a.m.) or youth shark practice (11:00 – 11:40 a.m.) at the Middle School due to the Silver Championship meet. 

 

 

Beginning Monday, March 15, the 3:45 – 5:15 p.m. practices will no longer be held at the Middle School. 

• Eighth grade swimmers should attend the Senior Shark Group practice.  These practices are Monday through Friday from 3:45 – 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. at the Woodbury Pool.
• Seventh grade swimmers should ask Brendan which practice they should attend.

 

Monday, March 15 – Saturday, April 10, select youth practice will be from 5:45 – 7:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Woodbury Pool.  Saturday select youth and preselect youth practices will be held from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at the Middle School Pool.

 

Beginning Monday, April 12, select youth practice will be from 5:45 – 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Woodbury Pool.  Saturday select youth and preselect youth practices will be held from 9:15 – 11:00 a.m. at the Middle School Pool.
