Shaker Middle School Swimming Information

There will be an informational meeting for parents of swimmers who are interested in swimming on the Shaker Middle School Swim Team.  The meeting will be on Sunday, November 1 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Matthew’s home.  Click here for more information regarding the parent meeting.

Shaker Middle School swim practice begins Monday, November 2 at 3:15 p.m.  Click here for the practice schedule and practice guidelines.  Practice on Tuesday, November 3 will be from 3:15 - 5:15 p.m. because there is no school.  Swimmers will need to get thier own ride to and from practice on that day.

Swimmers must have a completed physical form on file at the Middle School.  If you have already turned in a phyiscal form for a previous sport, you do not need to do it again.  If you have not turned one in already, you must have a completed physical form in to the coaches on Monday, November 2.  Swimmers must also complete a Participation Agreement.  These forms are posted on this website under documents.
